Located along Kiboga Road, King TV, according to our reporter there, will be covering the entire Tooro, Bunyoro and some parts of Ankole sub-regions.

The station which went on air on Friday night is already taking King Oyo’s subjects by storm whereby most of them have been seen queuing up at TV shops in Fort Portal buying screens to avoid watching from their neighbours’ homes.

King TV, Omutima gwa Tooro, we’re told, will be mainly broadcasting local content but with urban youth up beats to compete favourably with Kampala stations, although basing from the land of beauty and tourism City.

It should be remembered that DJ Nesta, having worked for Kara FM, Radio Star, Radio West Endigito among others finally settled in Fort Portal where he co-found Gold Fm 93.3. However after several years later the radio business seemed a nightmare to him and he opted out, selling it Ps. Aloysius Bugingo.

Pundits now say,he is back with a bang. The new station is valued at millions of shillings which we shall reveal in our subsequent stories.

You can now watch the freshest TV from Tooro by getting King TV decoders and antennas which go for just 90k with no monthly charges at all and all other free to air decoders.
