During her communication on Wednesday at parliament, Kadaga  requested legislators to continue praying for over 10 Members of Parliament who are ailing with various maladies  which range from accident injuries to longtime illnesses and other health complications. Kadaga said that  “As we convene today, a number of our members aren’t able to attend the House because they are indisposed… Join me in wishing them a speedy recovery so that they come back and attend to their responsibilities.”  Thereafter the Speaker listed the legislators who are currently away on sick leave. They include; Aboud Kitatta (Bukoto West), Herbert Kinobere (Kibuku County), Odonga Otto (Aruu South), Reagan Okumu (Aswa County), Syda Bumba (Nakaseke North), Jack Odur (Kibanda South), Connie Galiwango (Mbale District), Judith Babirye (Buikwe District), Wilson Nokrach (PWD), and Charles Gutumoi (Erute North) and James Kakooza (Kabula County).
