KAMPALA, Uganda: Kyadondo East legislator, Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine should brace for tougher times, not after he made his intentions to contest for the top seat of the land come 2021.

The latest coming in from the Internal Security Organisation ‘ISO’ is a hatched plan to deploy at least 6000 spies who have been undergoing military training for more seven months. The new Spies have been pitching camp at Security training ground in Kaweweta  while training in vigorous skills in investigations, interrogation and vigilance. They were secretly recruited around May with the help and guidance of ISO boss Col. Kaka Bagyenda and Security Minister Gen. Elly Tumwine. According to a source from the training camp, the operatives are set to be passed soon. The ISO operatives will be deployed as  the District Internal Security Officers (DISO), sit at the Districts and coordinate all the Gombolala Internal Security Officers, parish internal security officers and many more. ”We are soon finishing our courses because we are in the last days .what we are doing currently is to check on our fitness, and to open bank accounts where our salaries will be deposited ‘one of the recruits said. Security sources intimated to us that the training which was supposed to last for nine months has been cut short because security ministry urgently needs spies to work on political opponents like  Col. Besigye, the rising Bobi Wine who the state wants handled  early before the nation reaches presidential elections due in 2021.

Secondly these spies will help other security agencies like Police and Army to fight armed killers like those who shot Kaweesi, MP Abiriga and Afande Kirumira so that the criminals information can be easily established and detected before it happens . ”We are being  trained and  guided on how to garner and gather information easily for those members who are prepared to put our country down through riots and violence. All those will be crushed down with these skills we have gained,” said the source. Others said that there could been scarcity of funds by ministry of security to fund all training courses for planned cases. They highlighted that recently they were taken to Kilembe mines in Kasese, were they lacked basic needs. The pass out is slated for early march and will be presided over by President General Museveni and Security Minister Elly Tumwine among others.
