By Andrew Irumba

Louis Kasekende, the now troubled deputy Governor Bank of Uganda (BoU), who is together with his boss Prof.Emannuel Mutebile under parliamentary probe, is a filthy rich man whose estate has been valued to be over Sh20.6bn, according to new findings, TheSpy Uganda reveals.

Our sources have landed on new info.showing that filthy rich Kasekende’s multibillion empire is actually composed of prime plots of land, properties and assets located within various Kampala posh suburbs, most of which were not declared to IGG as required by the law governing public servants of Kasekende’s calibre.

“A recent investigative audit into Kasekende’s multi billions empire shows that he either under-declared or refused to declare most of his properties with the Inspector General of Government, as per the demands of the Leadership Code,” a source was quoted saying over the phone.

The audit conducted by professional city valuer ‘Bold Capital’ indicates that Kasekende secretly owns several properties which he has intentionally refused to declare with the IGG, something that has left investigators with raised eyebrows as they wonder why he opts not to declare some of his wealth, but hey, let’s remind him of his other properties he forgot…..asuming.
