City football club Express FC has appointed top city lawyer Kirwowa Kiwanuka as new Club Chairman, replacing business tycoon Hajji Hassan Bulwadda, who also succeeded minister for Youth affairs Hon: Nakiwala Kiyingi who resigned towards the end of 2017/18 season.
Kirwowa is grandson to Express FC founder, the late Jolly Joe Kiwanuka .
He joins the long list of Express FC Chairmen who have managed the club and many of these include; Godfrey Kisekka, Godfrey Kirumira, Francis Ntalazi, Nakiwala Kiyingi Florence and lately Hajji Hassan Bulwadda.
