The FUFA Big league second round to kick off on Thursday, 15th Feb 2018

The 2017/18 FUFA Big League second round to kick off on Thursday, 15th February 2018 with various games to be played across the country.

According to the fixture released by the FUFA Competitions department, there will be a total of 11 matches to be played with five games in the Rwenzori group and the six in the Elgon group.

Rwenzori group leaders Kitara are away against Kireka United at the Namboole outside playground.

Similarily, Elgon group leaders Paidha Black Angels shall kick off the second round away from home against Busia Fisheries.

This will be Allan Kabonge Kivewala’s first game in charge of the West Nile club since switching allegiance from Lira United, a club he handled in the first round.

Elsewhere, Kabale Sharp entertains Sun City at the Kabale Municipal Stadium, Kira United welcomes Greater Masaka and Synergy hosting Bumate at Masaka Recreational stadium.

Water is at home against Kansai Plascon at the Kyambogo West playground.

In the Elgon group, Mbale based Kataka will host Kyetume  at the Nabini playground, Bufumbo.

Lira based club Amuka Bright Stars will play against Bukedea Town Council at the Lira Town College Ground as Agape S.S entertain Luwero based Ndejje University.

Kamuli Park who had a busy mid-season will host Lira United at the Kamuli play ground while Jinja Municipal Council (JMC) Hippos will face the Doves All Stars at Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.

Three clubs shall be promoted to the top flight by the close of business.
