Kampala: Veteran media personality Yvonne Koreta has crossed from Kin Kariisa’s Next Radio to money bugs Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia’s 88.2 Sanyu Fm-TheSpy Uganda has learnt.
According to our source, Koreta who has been working as deputy station controller at Kin Kariisa’s Next Radio, will be unveiled on Tuesday by the Sanyu FM radio management.
Source adds that Yvonne is to moonlight stand-up comedian Patrick Idringi popularly known by his stage name Idring Salvado.
The duo will host ‘Sanyu break fast club’ from Monday to Friday, getting listeners up-to-speed with the biggest stories of the day and setting up the week with intelligent conversation and features.
This comes at a time when the tycoon’s station is on an unveiling spree of a new list of presenters and programs with an intention of giving it’s listeners fresh and renewed information so as to give competitors a run for their money.
The station management says the reformation of the station will see an addition of more exciting programming with more exciting personalities and re-branding some of the shows to give fresh experience.
Our source revealed that the management is looking at leading the line-up and waking up listeners to informative discussion, quality news and compelling analysis at new Sanyu radio alongside other top female radio presenter renowned for her euphonious voices also yet to be unveiled.
