BUKEDEA: Bukedea Town Council will be on the hunt for a first win in the FUFA Big League on Thursday afternoon when they host Wakiso Giants in Bukedea.

The Makers & Shakers find themselves without a victory going into match day three having drawn one and lost one.

It is however no crises at the club as per now having played only two games with a lot to come in as the season even gets more competitive.

The side will be expecting to register their first three points against Wakiso Giants and match up the table.

The club manager, Agnes Mugena said that the team is fully ready and committed to making to making the dreams come true.

“Amidst all the crisis happening now in the club, the boys are fully fit and ready for the Thursday game, we have no fear of what they are coming with,” she said.

She also added that general public, fans and well-wishers to come and give support to the team since the team can’t perform much better without the crowd.

It’s important to note that Bukedea Town Council parted ways with Bashir Kalungi who has been serving as the head coach; the club is currently under the management of the assistant coach.

Wakiso Giants however come into the game with 5 points out of 3 games they have played. They are fresh from a 3-0 home victory against Kataka FC.

Dr. Jose Chameleone the Wakiso Giants club ambassador is expected to travel for more than 300km to cheer for his Purple Sharks at Emokori Ground.
