Embattled City lawyer Bob Kasango has been sent to Luzira coolers after failing to clear Shs 150m school fees for his children at an International school of Gems Cambridge in Kampala.
The school management recently rushed to High Court Kampala on grounds that Mr.Kasango had refused to pay them US$ 34,725 for his three children who had been receiving education services without paying in accordance to the agreed terms of payment with the management.
While presenting their overwhelming evidence against Kasango, the school also sued Madam Nice Bitarabeho Kasango claiming that during 2013 and 2014 their children were enrolled and undertook to pay tuition and other incidental fees for them on the first day of every term.
However, during the academic year 2015/2016 the duo made part payments towards tuition, leaving a balance of US$ 34,725 which they have failed to pay.
The school, through their lawyer has tightened grip on Kasango after even the mediation which was slated for September and October this year failed to yield fruits.
