Developing Story! Sudan’s Khartoum Airport Closed As Rival Security Forces Fight Over Pension!

Fighting broke out between rival security forces in several parts of Khartoum in Sudan on Tuesday that led to the temporary closure of Khartoum airport. Our sources with in Sudan forces said the airport was still closed as we filed this report.

According to our sources, the fighting is as a result of pension raw of former soldiers.

Emirates and Air Arabia flights to Khartoum have turned back to Dubai and Sharjah airports respectively, according to sources with in the forces there.

Reports coming in indicate that as of now, Khartoum airport has been closed down. According to sources, the fighting is a result of pension raw of former soldiers.

It has been confirmed that there is confrontation between the Military Police department and the National Security over pension and other security related matters,the source said on condition of anonymity.

Fighting took place after the NS and MI resisted to leave their premises in Kafuri, Riyadh, Minshia and other locations. 
However, the fighting is still ongoing as it is not known if the RRF will join the campaign against NS and MI. 

It is worth mentioning that the MI unit in Sudan is under the same department with NSS which was recently  commanded by Exiled and the wanted Gen. Salah Abdalla Goch.

There has been unrest in Sudan since the ousting of dictator Omar El-Bashir from power.
