Katakwi: It seems all is not well, financially, in the life of former President Yoweri Museveni’s blue-eyed gal Jessica Rose Epel Alupo.
Our spy reveals that ever since she was dropped from cabinet things have never been the same with the once gorgeous and elegant former minister for education.
She is these days said to be indulging in rice farming and growing vegetables in her village in Katakwi district.
Actually, our Spy stumbled upon pictures of Alupo threshing rice at her village home, which tell a much bigger story than we can put in words.
During her heydays Alupo, was a powerful politician. She is an educator, and former military officer, who retired at the rank of Major. She served in the Cabinet of Uganda as minister of education between 2011 and 2015.
She also served as an elected Women’s Member of Parliament for Katakwi district between 2011 and 2016 when she was ousted from Parliament by Violet Akurut Adome.
