HE Yoweri Museveni dubbed the Commander-in-Chief (CiC) of the armed forces has promoted 469 and confirmed 28 senior and junior officer ranks of the UPDF.
This has been confirmed in a statement inked by UPDF spokesperson, Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye stating thus;
“The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs and UPDF fraternity congratulate the Senior and Junior Officers upon their well-deserved promotions and confirmed ranks.
