Kampala: HE. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni yesterday declared his new cabinet made up of 80 members that saw a total of 37 ministers who were in the previous cabinet dropped.
Some of the top leaders that the man from Rwakitura-Museveni Tibuhaburwa mercilessly dropped include; Prime Minister Dr.Ruhakana Rugunda, Vice President-Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, Sam Kutesa who was serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
