Former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC)party President, Rtd.Gen. Gregory Mugisha Muntu has finally on Tuesday officially quit the party with immediate effect.

Gen Muntu’s divorce with FDC leadership came following an emergency meeting with FDC president Patrick Oboi Amuriat at Fairway Hotel Kampala, which was concluded with out resolution.

It’s said that a group of FDC youth extremists stormed the meeting at Fairway Hotel and started calling Muntu a traitor and a mole.

“A section of the youth are against this meeting, what we need to appreciate is that Muntu’s activities were not sanctioned by the party,” Amuriat said before being whisked away by the youth.
