Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and National Guidance Frank K Tumwebaze celebrated his birthday over the weekend and was showered with piles of BD messages from several friends across the world, including big shots in Government.

Among those that showered Minister Tumwebaze with warm BD wishes was first son Gen. Kainerugaba Muhoozi, the Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, who tweeted thus; “Let me take this opportunity to wish my longtime brother, comrade and friend, Honourable Frank Tumwebaze, a very happy birthday. May you have many more ndugu.”

Another person who wished Tumwebaze good life was Morrison Rwakakamba, who wrote thus; Hello Ndugu @FrankTumwebazek, I am writing for two reasons: one, to thank you for being a thoughtful and wise leader that I respect. And two, to wish you a happy birthday!”

On his part, the Minister dedicated this year of his life to his late mother, whom he thanked for her efforts to ensure that he is what he is today.

Tumwebaze wrote a heartfelt message for his late mother which states thus;
“I acknowledge with deep gratitude the many messages of love from u friends on my 44th b/day. Am humbled. I thank God for the gift of life, family, friends & for the opportunity to serve my country. I dedicate this day to my late mother whose struggle accounts for my life today.”

Gold medallist Joshua Cheptegei, Sheila Kangwagye, BBC scribe Alan Kasujja and others also wished Tumwebaze a happy birthday
