Other Executive Directors are Phillip Wabulya (Petroleum Investment Fund), Elliot Mwebya (Information Technology) and Deborah Kabahweza (Finance). Ms. Bagyenda  is currently on  leave and was supposed to retire in June this year. However the big man from Kabale has not waited for June and ordered Bagyenda to continue grazing her goats as she has been doing during her leave.
Since last year, Bagyenda has been in the middle of controversies and recently the Inspector General of Government was petitioned to investigate her source of wealth which is estimated in millions of dollars by a one Dick Kimeze, a ‘concerned’ Ugandan citizen. Now pundits say, this could have caused her current dilemma.
