Ever since he was appointed as RDC in 2018, Sakwa has been outspoken in security operations, and enforcing of public order law.

Prosecution alleges that Sakwa and his accomplices allegedly stole Shs80,000, three crates of beer, eight trays of eggs, sachets of Empire Waragi and soda all valued at approximately Shs. 429,000 all property of the said Isanga.

It’s also alleged that Bazimbyewa and Simba who are separately charged with malicious damage to property willfully and unlawfully, damaged a glass counter of Isanga, although they all denied the charges.

They will return to court for another mention of their case  when investigations into the matter are completed.

It should be noted that the same Sakwa allegedly caused the arrest and torture of renowned Jinja pastor Andrew Muwanguzi, who is a staunch supporter of People Power movement leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi   Wine, after they disagreed during a radio talk show.
