She added, “If a DStv customer is on DStv Access (bouquet price UGX 35,000) but pays for DStv Family (bouquet price UGX 52,000) subscription, they will be upgraded to DStv Compact (bouquet price UGX 84,000) for a period of 30 days.”

He added, “The new Step-Up campaign will run from 19th January 2021 until 31 March 2021. Once the customer pays the amount as stipulated by MultiChoice Uganda, they will be upgraded to a higher package.”
