For Posha Aloyo, Next Radio’s Program Manager and one of its founding team members, the 7th anniversary is deeply personal. She recalls telling her mentor, Next Media Group CEO Kin Kariisa, that she would one day join his top management team — a dream she’s now living. Posha credits her journey to hard work, dedication, and an enduring love for radio, describing the station’s growth as a reflection of her own.
