Kampala: Leading Uganda’s academic hub, Victoria University is holding end of semester online exams in a bid to beat dead years that come as a result of COVID-19 pandemic lockdown that saw all academic institutions closed as one of the measures to curb the transmission of deadly virus.
This has been revealed by the University’s management via its Twitter handle, saying thus; ”Examinations In Progress Victoria University students are still winning with our world class learning and examination system. vclass.ac To join us, click here cutt.ly/wmghLat#VClass #VUExams.”

Earlier this month, our spy intercepted University’s memo that announced the end of the March-July semester with the kicking off of exams scheduled for Monday 12th July 2021.
The same memo noted however that students who will qualify to sit for all examinations should have fully paid 100% of their tuition and functional fees.
”Reference is made to earlier communication about examinations dated 24th June 2021. I once again remind you that the examinations shall begin on Monday 12th July 2021 and in order to qualify to sit for all your examinations, students should have fully paid 100% of their tuition and functional fees,” partially read the memo.
