Kampala: A staunch People Power supporter and member identified as Joan Nalule Kintu, who is close to Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, is spitting fire after being unceremoniously fired from Mengo owned BBS TV.
It is not yet clear why Nalule, who was hosting a proramme known as ‘Sitima Ya Maka’ was fired, although sources at the station reveal that she failed to hit targets set for her by senior management.
The management of BBS TV has since issued posters announcing Nalule’s being fired and that she is not authorised to transact any business on behalf of the company.
However, shortly issuing the posters about her firing, Nalule has retorted back at the BBS TV management, accusing them of refusing to pay her salaries and instead resorting to playing monkey tricks.
She posted a rant on social media stating thus; “Dear BBS Terefayina Management and Board, by the time this notice was put up, there were a collection of brains put together.
By the time you decided this wise move, you should have as well considered paying my salary to zero balance. How can I be still walking in and out of your premises “okubanja ssente zange eza 2018?????”.
Is that beingfair to me? Coperate companies that do this pay their ex- employees a few weeks ahead! I was never given that benefit but at the sametime am being denied my right to being paid.
