Speke Resort Munyonyo has strengthened its commitment to environmental sustainability and community well-being through a community clean-up exercise conducted around the resort and its surrounding neighborhood.
The initiative, carried out as part of the resort’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, brought together staff and community members in a joint effort to promote cleanliness and environmental responsibility in Munyonyo.
Management at the lakeside facility noted that the clean-up aimed not only at maintaining the beauty of the area but also at fostering a safe and healthy environment for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.
