By Peter Ssebulime

President Yoweri Museveni arrived Friday morning at the Katuna/Gatuna border town to discuss with his counterpart Paul Kagame, of Rwanda, the reopening of the border, and other matters that brought about constraints between the two countries.

Also expected are Presidents João Lourenço of Angola and Felix Tshisekedi of the DR Congo who arrived in Kigali yesterday. Their sole aim is to oversee the implementation of terms agreed upon in Luanda, the Angolan capital, in August, 2019.
