Sanyuka TV Celebrates 10 Years Of Ugandan Entertainment With Owakabi Experience

Kampala: The Sanyuka Owakabi Experience, an exciting display of music, culture, and community, was the grand opening to Sanyuka TV’s tenth anniversary celebrations yesterday. Sanyuka TV, Uganda’s entertainment TV station, took this opportunity to express gratitude to its devoted audience for supporting the station for ten years of nonstop vibes.

Hosted at Aero Beach and Kavumba Recreation Center, respectively, the celebrations were electric from start to finish. The atmosphere was nothing short of epic, featuring high-energy performances by top comedians from Uganda, including Spice Diana, Pallaso, Winnie Nwagi, Meseach Semakula, and Eddy Kenzo, as well as moments filled with laughter. In addition, viewers enjoyed thrilling games, freebies for the audience, and inspirational and instructive moments.

“As we commemorate our tenth anniversary as Uganda’s top entertainment station, we are genuinely thrilled by the support we are getting. On our Sanyuka 10-year journey, we are eager to spread this joy to more regions of Uganda,” said Nicholas Ngobi, Sanyuka TV Brand Manager.

Sanyuka’s goal of making its audience not just happy (Sanyuka) but better is demonstrated by the fact that, in addition to providing entertainment, the station also used the event to empower them with specially designed sessions on financial literacy and success-building.

For ten years, Sanyuka TV has been a household name in Uganda, a platform for showcasing talent, and a bridge between cultures. The tone for the upcoming ten years is being set by Owakabi, which is now bigger, louder, and more proud.
