Mr.Moses Kaggwa, the renown city property manager formerly managing Social security building on Jinja road commonly known as Esso corner, under Knight Frank company is on cloud 9 after landing on a mega job deal with city tycoon Sudhir Ruparialia, TheSpy Can authoritative report.
Our snoop can confirm that Mr.Kaggwa is now the new property manager at tycoon Sudhir’s multibillion Kingdom Kampala complex that is due to open doors to its customers this September. Infact,if you’re his friend and want strategic space at the almost competed complex,and you has his number, please give him a shout, he is now the blue eyed boy to both Rajiv and Sudhir Ruparelia on that building.
Kingdom Kampala is under Crane Management Services (CMS), another Ruparelia group company and Kaggwa’s spacious office is already up and running inside the building as he over sees its completion.
Our snoop eavesdropped Kaggwa confiding in his friend that his salary digits were tripled. “This man (Sudhir) is good you man, he even buys you a phone where you put his company line. Free Airtime, internet etc are all at your disposal, all he demands from you is results,” Kagwa was heard telling a friend on phone.
Kaggwa who joined the biggest real estate in Uganda two months ago has over 15 yrs of experience in property management.
