Soccer! Uganda Women’s Cricket Training Squad Announced

Kampala: The Uganda Cricket Association has named its national women’s cricket training squad ahead of the upcoming ICC Africa T20 Qualifiers scheduled to take place in Botswana in October 2021.

The squad includes many recognisable names including Janet Mbabazi who recently expressed her excitement at seeing debutants Malawi Botswana and Cameroon take part in what promises to be a festival of African women’s cricket. Alongside the three debutants, Namibia, Nigeria, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe will all be competing for the available places in the Qualifier.
