Entebbe: Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) has announced the introduction of a new service to Entebbe in Uganda with direct flights from Sharjah starting on 10th October, 2021.
Customers can now book their direct flights between Sharjah and Entebbe by visiting Air Arabia’s website, by calling the call centre or through travel agencies.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety at every step of the journey by following all health and safety protocols, Air Arabia has also added to the convenience and confidence of passengers by introducing free COVID-19 insurance coverage. The insurance is automatically included as part of the booking and no additional documents are required from passengers.
One would not be judged wrong to say that the swift progress of Uganda Airlines is the reason why more airliners are being attracted to launch their flights to one of the busiest landing strips, Entebbe Airport.
The Airline flies to seven regional destinations in Kenya, Tanzania, Somalia, South Sudan, Burundi among others. A few days ago, the Airline launched flights to destinations In South Africa.
With a three-cabin layout that only has 20 business class lie-flat seats, 28 premium economy seats, and 210 economy class seats, there should be plenty of legroom no matter where you are seated. So please don’t say I didn’t alert you on good deals in Town.
The East African carrier, intends to use the widebody aircraft on services from Entebbe (EBB) to intercontinental destinations, including Dubai (DXB), Guangzhou (CAN), London (LHR) and Mumbai (BOM).
The Airline a few days ago announced that starting October 2021, will be offering three Dubai flights per week in an extended service to its loyal passengers.

Addressing a press conference Uganda Airlines’ Ag CEO, Jenifer Bamuturaki said the maiden flight to Dubai had been scheduled to take place at an earlier date but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bamuturaki and her team are said to be targeting migrant workers who travel to the Middle East, the business class, among others, on the Dubai route.
