‘Toxic’ Lumbuye To Be Deported, Dumped In Uganda Like Smelly Garbage Over Expired Visa!

Istanbul, Turkey: The latest we have from Istanbul Turkey, is that ‘toxic’ Fred Kajubi Lumbuye will tomorrow Saturday be put on a plane and dumped in his country, Uganda at Entebbe International Airport and handed over to authorities.

Sources claim, Lumbuye will be deported for nothing else but lack of paperwork to support his stay in Turkey. “His Visa expired, we don’t want to know his political affiliations back home, ours here is that his Visa expired and so we shall deport him tomorrow,” a Turkey official who preferred anonymity told our correspondent in Turkey on Friday.

Back home, Ugandan government has also confirmed that the Turkish based blogger is set to arrive in Uganda tomorrow with other Ugandans who have also been arrested in Turkey.

Foreign affairs state minister Okello Oryemu said Lumbuye on arrival will face the courts of law on various charges including spreading hate speech and sectarianism amongst other charges.

Its worth noting that few days ago, while addressing journalists at Uganda Media Centre today, Oryem warned that Lumbuye is not above the law before he urged Ugandans to celebrate for his arrest.

“And I would have thought that every single one of you would be celebrating that this person committed a crime and he’s been arrested and being brought before the court of law but now it seems you’re sympathizing with him,” Mr Oryem argued.

“I heard that he has been arrested. And if he’s arrested because of a crime he committed, then he deserves to  face the law. Anybody who commits a crime in any country whatsoever will pay the price of breaking the law, Uganda inclusive. That person you’re talking about is not a special person,” the Minister added.

Lumbuye is among the alleged social media misusers that police recently singled out to be among those on its wanted list. This was after President Yoweri Museveni directed security services to track down people who misuse social media by spreading false information including announcing the President dead.
