Whereas city tycoon Mutaasa Kafeero is investing millions of shillings in property and business ventures, his daughter Mastula Mutaasa is investing thounsands of dollars into her body.
Currently, Mastulah, who is based in the United States of America, is a ‘certified’ slay queen, who pumped over Shs300m into surgery that saw her acquire the much coveted Figure 8, which comes complete with a juicy bum and seduvtive curves.
After the successful surgery which was conducted in Atlanta, USA, by popular American Booty Surgery expert Dr Curves, Mastulah is these days taking off time to flaunt her Nicki Minaj-like booty by posing for tantalizing photo shoots, after which she shares the snazzy slaps on social media for her admirers to drool on. Actually, some of her followers on Instagram often liken her to the celebrated American musician, while others argue that Mastulah is more nowadays more bootylicious than Nicki Minaj aka Booty Anaconda!
Our Spy landed on some of Mastulah’s very mouthwatering pictures, in which she flaunts her newly acquired booty and we can assure you that she has invested very well!
However, it is said that city socialite Don Nasser was some time back enjoying steamy rounds with Mastullah and that he injected considerable dime into her booty surgery, although they later parted ways away he was confined to Uganda but of his travel issues, yet she had to live the ‘American Dream!’

But prior to all that Mastulah was married to businessman Fahad Lugobe, although their marriage later cracked after he failed to tame the party animal instincts in her.
Despite being a Muslim, Mastullah loves the bottle with passion and often drove home late at night in a drunken stupor.
One night Hajji Lugobe refused to open the gate for her when she returned home drunk and she decided to drive through the fence.
She thereafter fled their marital home and rented an apartment in which she started living wild and free.
