Victoria University To Host Minister Baryomunsi, Business Magnet Bitature To Post COVID-19 Real Estate Investment Conference

Kampala: It’s now official, the Jinja road based famous Victoria University has unveiled an online business conference preparations, this time focusing on Real Estate investments, hence the theme; “Investing In Real Estate In The Post COVID-19 Era”. This webinar conference, according to our sources close to the organizers, will broadcast live on both Victoria University’s You-Tube channel and Facebook on Thursday October,1, 10 2020, from 11am-1pm.

Taking you back in time, it was only last week Friday 18 September 2020 when the university organized yet again, a mega e-conference dubbed ‘Women In leadership’, which was broadcast live on their Facebook ( Victoria University Kampala), featuring Ms Sheena Ruparelia, Director at Ruparelia Group of companies, the newly elected President for Uganda Law Society, Ms Pheona Nabasa Wall and NBS TV’s  Karitas Karisimbi Nalongo among others.

This time round, watchout for the ‘badest’ combination of Dr Chris Baryomunsi, State Minister For Housing and urban development, who will be the Chief Panelist, renowned city business entrepreneur and inspirational speaker Patrick Bitature, who is Chairman Simba Group Of Companies, Judy Rugasira Kyanda, Managing Director Knight Frank Uganda and Prabhat Mishra,the General Manager Crane Management Services to mention but afew. The above panel will be moderated by undisputable and able Marie Keishamaza,  an alumnus of Victoria University.

According to the University management, the conference is meant to change Ugandans’ mindset on what it takes to create a long lasting legacy.

“After we all despair, our legacy is what counts. Here is a webinar conference that will change your mind on how to create a great legacy. Plan on attending our live stream this Thursday,” one of the organizers told our reporter.

This webinar follows among others Women in Entrepreneurship, career guidance virtual session that was also held recently during the pandemic season that aimed at empowering youth to overcome life’s hardships most especially during COVID-19.

The discussion was broadcast live via different social media platforms including the University’s Facebook page under the theme; ‘Empowering Youth To Stand A Test Of Time’.
