The family of NBS Television producer Badru Kasirye, who was killed in a tragic road crash along Entebbe Road in the early hours of Friday, has confirmed that he will be buried today at 4:00 PM in Bunamwaya, Mu Ngobe, Kampala.
Kasirye was among three Next Media staffers involved in the crash, alongside Isaac Ndamagye and Brian “Makona” Ssemanda.

Kasirye and Ndamagye unfortunately died in the accident, while Ssemanda survived and remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) receiving treatment.

According to reports, the three were reportedly traveling from Supremacy Lounge in Nankulabye, where they had attended a celebrity boxing match involving amateurs, Chicken Chicken and comedian Shawa.
The crash occurred around Stabex in Namulanda along Entebbe Road. Next Media Services Ltd subsequently confirmed the accident and the deaths of Kasirye and Ndamagye.

The family has confirmed Kasirye’s burial for today, in accordance with Islamic tradition, which calls for the deceased to be buried as soon as reasonably possible.
Family, friends, colleagues and mourners are expected to gather in Bunamwaya, Mu Ngobe, for his final rites and burial.
