Kampala: Crane Management Services, the real estate arm of Ruparelia Group will soon unveil another magnificent building to their collection of properties in the city with Kabira Country Club 350 apartment 110k Square Meter Hotel nearing completion.
The budding magnificent apartments, located in Bukoto in the outskirts of Kampala city next to Kabira Country Club will become the talk of town and one of the 2023 business projects under the Ruparelia Group.
The multibillion building with several floors done has already dominated the skies in the busy Bukoto neighborhood and customers won’t ask for more other than having fun in the fancy hotel which consists of one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments with two levels of underground parking.
The project whose construction started in August 2019, has despite interruptions from Covid-19 reached the 10th floor and all work is on course to have it completed as soon as possible according to the developers, Meera Investments.
At the project’s groundbreaking, in 2019, Dr Sudhir Ruparelia said that the fully furnished apartments shall be built to British standards.
“They will have a fully fitted modern kitchen, double glazed soundproofed windows, LED flat-screen TVs with customized sets of channels, complimentary high-speed Wi-fi internet, air conditioning, ample parking space and 24-hour security, amongst many other modern amenities,” he said.
He also said that the self-catering apartments were mainly targeted at the corporate, leisure and family travelers’ segments and shall be open to both short and long-term clients.
Founded in 1994, and part of billionaire businessman Sudhir Ruparelia’s Ruparelia Group, Meera Investments Limited has emerged as Uganda’s largest developer and provider of high-quality, and sustainable retail, office, industrial and residential real estate infrastructure.

The resort will also have a marina for 50 boats, 4 restaurants and a carrying capacity of 3,500 persons. The facility will also have conference facilities, with the largest hosting up to 1,500 persons, 3 wedding grounds and parking space for 1500 cars.
The Group also announced last year that it will 2023, start, the construction of its Kingdom Kampala Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel in Kampala, at the heart of the city. The hotel will consist of 200 luxurious rooms/penthouses; 35 conference rooms, as well as 226 luxurious apartments, in the words of Dr Sudhir, are “very very high end.”
