The program of Makerere Universityโs 73rd graduation ceremony has been released showing that the event will be held on Feb 6th โ 10th 2023.
This has been confirmed by the Universityโs Academic Registrar, Prof. Alfred Masikye Namaoh who said that they will mark and load the results of students from September 5th to October 29th, 2022.
The College Academic Board meetings will then proceed from Nov 1st to 11th 2022.
The display of graduation lists in Colleges is set for Nov 14th to Dec 2nd.
After that, there will be the submission of graduation lists to the Academic Registrar starting from December 5th.
A special Senate meeting will then be held on Dec 13th, 2022, to approve the graduation lists and results.
The first draft of the Graduation Booklet will be out on Jan 3rd, 2022, with the final booklet printed on Jan 10th, 2023.
This will be followed by picking up the graduation materials from Jan 24th to Feb 4th, 2023.
And finally, the 73rd graduation ceremony will be held between 6th to 10th February 2023 as already mentioned above.
