City tycoon Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia, under his charity Organization, Ruparelia Foundation has taken over the Educational burden of a Seven-year-old sensational rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo aka Fresh Kid from both his parents and his manager. All they’ve been left with is to simply drop the kid at the prestigious Kampala parents School every morning at 7am and pick him at 5pm, period!
This comes after Fresh Kid’s family declined an offer from youth minister Nakiwala Kiyingi into a boarding school, at Savior Junior. Fresh kid said he was not ready to eat Posho and beans every day in a boarding school. He also said he wanted to study in day school as he nurtures his talent on weekends.
The family of Fresh Kid and his manager also accused the minister for going on camera, promise the young boy shs.5m, only to retire back home from her office with empty mineral water bottles which they had been offered during the interface at the minister’s office in Kampala.
“We came back home and found very many people waiting for us to share with them the five millions the minister had ‘given’ us on camera, the people almost killed us thinking we’re dishonest,” Fresh Kid’s mother told NBS Tv in an exclusive interview last week.
Now, they say rich people don’t talk a lot, they simply act. Just imagine all that hullabaloo of entire one week has just been settled in these few words below…..
“Today I met a young man called Fresh Kid. I was moved by his ambition being only 7 years old. I would love to see him become a guide and inspiration to many young people out there hence, Ruparelia Foundation is presenting this young man with a full scholarship from the Ruparelia Foundation to go to Kampala Parents School” Rajiv Ruparelia, son to city tycoon Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia and managing Director Ruparelia group told this reporter on Friday evening. Kampala Parents is part of the Ruparelia Group.
Fresh Kid has been dying to attend school which would allow him do his music as well as have a good education.
