Ugandans Furious Over Middle East Consultants Illegal Operations

By Our Reporter

Several Ugandans are furious after learning that although the ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development suspended the license of Middle East Consultants, the company is allegedly still illegally operating and exporting more Ugandans into slavery in Arabia.

Various sections of the media, including this Website, reported a few days back that the Gender ministry had suspended Middle East Consultants’ license and barred the company from labour exportation, due to fraud, receiving money by false pretence, selling Ugandans into slavery, flouting labour exportation regulations, among other offences.

However, several Ugandans got infuriated today after learning that the company is allegedly still operating illegally by selling more Ugandans into slavery.

The development came after Middle East Consultants posted on their Facebook wall thus; “Earlier today, we flagged off a team of our female candidates who are going to work under a two year working visa in Saudi Arabia.
