Kampala: City businessman Sudhir Ruparelia is expanding his presence in Kampala every other day.
TheSpy Uganda has learnt that through his companies’ umbrella group, Ruparelia Group, Sudhir has unveiled yet another bomb shell of a massive mult Billion commercial building in Kampala Central Business District (CBD) to the amusement of his friendnemies!
The storied plaza, which towers bubblingly 12 floors in the sky, is located along Market Street,one of the most busiest Kampala streets, just above the Old Taxi Park.
Because of its strategic location, ample space and a wide parking area, the building is slated to turn into one of Kampala’s booming business hubs.
The massive structure which is soon being opened to city traders has space that can be used for both shops and office purposes.
This is one of Sudhir’s numerous buildings in Kampala, some of which include; Kingdom Kampala Mall, the Cube, Speke Apartments, Crane Plaza, Hardware City on Entebbe road, Kampala Boulevard along Kampala road, Market Plaza on Market Street, among others.
