KCCA beat Busoga United FC at FUFA technical center, Njeru on Tuesday afternoon in the Star-Times Uganda Premier league thanks to Sadat Anaku’s Hat-trick and Charles Lwanga’s other goal.
Anaku slotted home just two minutes into the game after a beautiful pass through Bright Anukani from the mid park that saw Anaku make a brilliant sprint to put the ball past the opponent’s goalkeeper.
The Kasasiro boys goalkeeper later made a phenomenal save carrying away a shot from Jerome Kiryowa in the 24th minute before Peter Magambo also made a superb interception to block Busoga United’s counter-attack in the 28th minute to keep KCCA in the lead.
KCCA made the first substitution at half bringing on Kezironi Kizito for Ashraf Mugume before Anaku tapped in brilliantly to double Mike Mutebi’s side lead.
Charles Lwanga came on in for Brian Aheebwa in the 58th minute and proved lethal being denied two times in the 70th and 74th minutes of the game. However, four minutes later Anaku ruffled the ball into the back of the net to complete his Hattrick for KCCA.
With ten minutes on the clock, the Kasasiro boys started playing the Barcelona pass-like style that produced the fourth goal from the classy Lwanga two minutes to the 90. Meanwhile, Gift Ali was introduced on replacing Andrew Kigozi.
